Standard Shipping Costs and Delivery

Shipping costs are based on Canada Post Carrier Calculated shipping. Rates are based on parcel volume and weight.

Once your order is processed, we begin preparing for shipment. Orders cannot be held and shipped at a later date. 

If you are purchasing one of our adoption certificates, these can be shipped directly to the gift recipient's address (within Canada). At check-out simply enter their information in the "Shipping Address" fields. Physical adoption certificates are shipped out within 5 business days, though delays may be experienced around holiday periods.

Returns

Clothing
Please note that clothing sales are final. We bring in small stock of these items and are unable to provide exchanges or returns.

Damaged Item
If we have the item in stock, we will provide a free exchange (including shipping). If we no longer have the item in stock, a refund for the full amount of the damaged item will be issued.

Missing Items
If the item is still available, we will resend the item. If the item is no longer in stock, a refund for the full amount of the missing item will be issued.
